Lichtenstein-esque. It is a paradox that the Ostblock got the first impressions of how the classic American comics looked like through Pop-Art and not pulp fiction. IIRC, the only foreign ideologically acceptable comic novel where I live was Asterix. Stuff like Dick Tracy etc. was unknown.
Some of it good, some of it is kinda weird.
But it’s a LOT better than the graffiti in the states.
I bet after a few years, some of this will be worth some money as “art”.
Even the crap the spray painted around the states was worth some money, whole walls were taken down, and it was just crap really.
Because Dick Tracy is evil States and Asterix is (almost) friendly France.
Seems Banksy’s fame keeps some other impersonaters sleepless at nights…
